Getting Started

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us via WhatsApp, and we'll start with a full consultation to understand your condition before any treatment begins.

What happens at my first visit?

We start by getting to know your condition — understanding your symptoms, checking for any underlying issues, and assessing your situation in full. From there, we share our findings and recommend the right treatment plan for you. See our Patient Journey for the full breakdown.

Is chiropractic treatment safe?

Yes. All our chiropractors are certified and experienced. Before any treatment begins, we always explain what's involved and the associated risks, and proceed only with your consent.

Treatments

What's the difference between your treatments?

Chiropractic Treatment focuses on spinal & joint adjustments, DECOM Therapy decompresses pressure on the spine, Fascia Needling releases tight fascia and muscle tension, and Ultrasound Therapy reduces inflammation and supports healing. Your chiropractor will recommend the right combination after your consultation.

Will the adjustment hurt?

This depends on the treatment being performed. Our chiropractors work carefully and precisely so you don't experience any unnecessary discomfort.

How many sessions will I need?

Most treatment plans run up to 8 sessions, though this isn't a strict limit — every patient's condition is different, and your chiropractor will guide you on what's needed.
